Dr. Saul Rosenberg is an authority on the assessment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury. He has conducted more than 250 IMEs for both plaintiff and defense. He has been deposed over 200 times and has testified at trial more than 20 times. Dr. Rosenberg is Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco. He is the author of more than 15 peer-reviewed publications including, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, in the Encyclopedia of Neurological Sciences and Evidence-Based Forensic Psychological Assessment of Validity and Malingering of PTSD. He is the co-author of the most widely used test for assessing relationship problems, the Inventory of Interpersonal Problems. On two occasions he has testified about the assessment of PTSD before the US. House of Representatives, Veterans Affairs Health Committee.
